Rental Policies
Deposits: Refundable Security Deposit $1000; Cleaning fee $200. A booking fee will be taken at time of reservation which is used towards the cleaning fee. No Pets or Smoking Allowed.
50% of total rental fee to reserve booking. Remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Refundable security deposit and cleaning fee are also due 60 days before arrival.
Required Stay: 3 days minimum
Cancellation Policy
Full refund of deposit in event of a cancellation, less a $50 cancellation fee, if the cancellation is received 60 days or more before the arrival date. No refunds for leaving early or arriving late.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the total rent unless the unit is re-booked.
Check In/Check Out Policy
Check In Time: The earliest Check in time is 2:30 p.m. Check out time is at 11:00 a.m. This time is necessary, as the property management staff must allow at least three hours to thoroughly clean and ensure it is ready for the next guests.
